HILLfamily

Well, thanks in large part to the efforts of Elizabeth Mosier Hiebert, we finally got our
act together and had our first HILL Family Reunion since 1984.

On Sunday, July 7th, many members of the family of Lewis Tillman & Sarah Etta
(Davidson) HILL, got together at Picnic Shelter #3 in Natural Tunnel State Park, to
eat good ole' country cooking, talk, fellowship, play music, and generally just have
lots of FUN visiting with one another.

Everyone always talks about how awful it is that so many in the family live so close to
each other, yet we rarely see one another unless there is a family funeral or we run
into one another out shopping or dining at a local restaurant. Our sincere hope is that
we can try to get together at least every summer ( we realize those who live far away
may not be able to make every single summer gathering, but we hope everyone can
try to come ).

Even though we don't like to talk about it, no one is getting any younger - and
unfortunately, the children of Lewis & Sarah are in their "golden" years now and we
want to spend as much time as possible with them while we can.

everyone any time we do plan a family get together. And, unless you tell me not
to in your e-mail message, I will create a link on this page to a Word document that
lists everyone's information so that we can all try to stay in touch as much as possible.

here for all to enjoy ( I also welcome any suggestions on how to improve this website
